i am of the body of one of two fishermen who went missing sunday morning was discovered last night by his

family members who are conducting their own search. there's no word yet on the identity of that the victim, which fishermen that was found that is. they were and half moon bay. we have video the family members who came on shore after the boat capsized on sunday. the boat washed ashore and you can see its stock on the rocks here. four men were on board only two of them were in life jackets and they were able to swim to shore. the coast guard suspended their search, but the family continued and they found the bodies of one of the men around six last night. >> giselle as the bomb was in court yesterday defense see it was packed with about to visit a dozen people including family members. prosecution told the court found dna evidence belonging to as the

shoulder with enough of the visual hazard to tie up this ride. we have made some improvements in our town approaching cupertino up for the most part slow and go conditions for most south bay freeways. a new accident at no. found 880 right around the cordon it was a multi vehicle accident blocking at least one line out there. the roadway is now open the accident has been pushed to the shoulder. there are delays in both northbound and southbound direction near the mateo bridge. the toll plaza is still backed up with a slow and go role here from oakland in to the city. the meter lights are on with the delays of 24 minutes out of to the city. >> thanks a lot erika the heat wave continues sell our team coverage will continue of that right now. jackie says so were right-to-life
